Shipping policy

Our delivery time stated is by approximation only and may vary. We will, at our capability deliver the orders to the designated address. Correct and accurate addresses must be given when placing orders. BEGIN will not be responsible or bear any cost if the address is incorrect. Upon delivery, if you are not available to receive the product or no show, BEGIN will not be responsible for a second attempt delivery due to your unavailability. Extra delivery charges will be required for second attempt delivery.

Your order will be delivered within two weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase.

1. SELF-COLLECTION FROM LOBBY/ENTRANCE

Customers will need to collect the purchased items from our delivery team at the lobby or any entrance of the building.

 

2. REARRANGE DELIVERY

If the unsuccessful delivery happens due to the error of contact number/ address (provided wrongly) or customers didn’t pick up our calls, a re-delivery fee will be charged. The customer is to provide an alternative contact number should he/she be unable to collect the items during the scheduled delivery time.

 

3. DELIVERY TIME

All orders will be fulfilled within 2 weeks  (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. And you will be informed earlier (either by WhatsApp or call) before our rider reaches your place.

 

4. DELIVERY DELAY / LATE DELIVERY

Bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, storms, accidents or others will affect delivery.
