Customers can see the different stages of the order details and the total price and may correct any errors before confirming his/her order, thereby expressing his/her acceptance. Payment for the price of the products makes the order final and no amendment of the order may be entertained by or taken into consideration by BEGIN thereafter. BEGIN reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning payment of a previous order or who, presents any form of risk.
Any information given by the customer remains his/her sole responsibility and any anomalies generated by him/her may not be borne by BEGIN nor shall be liable for any loss or damage occasioned thereby if it becomes impossible to carry out the order and achieve a successful outcome.
– MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES –
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
– PRODUCTS OR SERVICES –
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
– DELIVERY –
Our delivery time stated is by approximation only and may vary. We will, at our capability deliver the orders to the designated address. Correct and accurate address must be given when placing orders. BEGIN will not be responsible or bear any cost if the address given is incorrect. If the unsuccessful delivery happens due to the error of contact number/ address (provided wrongly) or customers didn’t pick up our calls, a re-delivery fee will be charged. The customer is to provide an alternative contact number should he/she be unable to collect the items during the scheduled delivery time.
Bad weather or unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rain, storms, accidents or others will affect delivery.
Your order will be delivered within two weeks (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date of purchase. If you need to receive your order urgently, you can contact our customer service @ 012-3456271
– RETURN AND EXCHANGE –
All Orders of perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Cancellations and refunds are not permitted.
However, your request will be reviewed on a case-to-case basis. To protect the rights of both parties, please ensure that the unboxing process is recorded clearly and continuously.
Please provide a complete video as evidence for issues such as incorrect shipments, missing items, or defective products. Claims without video documentation will not be processed.
You must inform the BEGIN team within twenty-four (24) hours after delivery ONLY if the Item(s) is/are incorrect or damaged in the following manner:
- The item is not the item that you ordered, or there are missing Item(s).
- The item is found already damaged at the time of delivery.
All Orders must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:
- Item(s) must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Item(s) must not have been used.
- If the Order is eligible for return as described above, the Customer will be eligible for an exchange. However, if there is no stock available to exchange the Item, only then will BEGIN refund the payment amount for the Item to you via bank transfer to the bank account details as provided by you.
- Upon receipt of the Item(s), we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement or refund (if any) via email/WhatsApp or phone call as soon as practicable.
- BEGIN may at its discretion refuse to process a replacement/exchange order. However, BEGIN may offer a refund as a substitute remedy.
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not entertain any return and exchange for the following:
- Any product(s) that do not fit your taste;
- Any product(s) does not look fresh or aesthetically pleasing;
- Any product(s) that does not stored in the stipulated requirements as per the product’s labels.
In some circumstances, however, you may request a refund by returning the product to us. Please note that the cost of cold chain delivery for returns will be the responsibility of the customer (direct pay to the cold chain delivery company). – PRODUCT DISCLAIMER –
Prior to consuming any products from BEGIN it is important to note that we make a variety of dishes in our kitchen. We cannot guarantee any products sold on our website are completely free from any allergen such as eggs, fish, milk, peanuts, sesame, crustaceans, soy, nuts, tree nuts, gluten, lupin and sulphites.
If you have a serious allergy, it is advisable you do not purchase products from BEGIN as we cannot guarantee the complete absence of these ingredients from our products.
For boneless chicken, meat and fish, we cannot guarantee the 100% removal of all bones. So, we do advise caution when consuming the meals as they MAY contain bones.
Our meals are made fresh daily in our own kitchen. We always aim for precision, but please allow for a 5g to 10g discrepancy in the actual weight of the meals and reasonable variance in ingredient and nutrient quantities.
There may be slight variations in the colour and flavour of our products due to our commitment to using scratch-made sauces. The natural differences are a result of our use of fresh ingredients for sauces.
– ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS –
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

– UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS –
BEGIN reserves the right to change the product range at any time and from time to time. Certain offers may have a restricted period of validity that will be indicated for each product or product range. BEGIN undertakes to honour orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks. In rare cases, a product that is shown as available on the website may become unavailable after definite registration of the order. If one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time indicated, BEGIN to inform the client of this fact as quickly as possible by email/ WhatsApp.
The order shall be automatically cancelled, and the client is reimbursed within 14 days at the latest following full settlement of the amount paid, except where the client expressly wishes to replace his/her order to a substitute product advised by BEGIN. Customers agrees and acknowledges that no penalty shall be applied for such cancellations and that subject to the above, receipt of reimbursement of the amount paid by them shall be conclusive, and customers waives all rights to claim any penalty or other costs from the vendor.
